Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is intact and as received.

2. The product shows signs of normal handling only — damage due to careless handling is not accepted.

3. Products related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

4. If the product is found defective upon receipt, this must be reported immediately.

5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, they will be formally acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above return conditions:

1. Email us at: info@peach-ivy.nl

2. Include the following in your email:

• Your Order Number
• Reason for the return
• A photo of the product (in case of breakage)
• Your Full Name
• Your Address
• Once received, we will reply with the correct return address.

IMPORTANT:
Do not send the return to the sender’s address — we will provide the correct warehouse address upon request.
The customer is fully responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

In accordance with EU law, consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-commercial purposes) have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, either by you or a third party named by you (not including the carrier).

Due to our automated processing system, we cannot stop shipment once an order is placed. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed until the item has been received and returned.

To exercise your right of cancellation:

• Send a clear declaration (e.g., via email) to us (Peach & Ivy) indicating your decision to cancel the contract.

• Your cancellation is only valid once we receive the returned goods.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In-Transit Orders

Please note:
Our items ship from Asia, and extended transit times may occur. If your goods are already en route, cancellation is not possible until the goods have been delivered. You may notify us in advance of your intent to cancel, but you must wait for delivery before returning the product.

To speed up your return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation once you send the return.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your contract:

• We will refund all payments received from you excluding shipping costs and any extra charges resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard shipping.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive your return and your notice of withdrawal.

• We will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

• You will not incur any fees for the refund itself.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
